Driving the Ferrari 158, John Surtees scored the opening victory of his Championship year at the German Grand Prix. The image depicts him exiting the Adenau Bridge on the daunting Nuerburgring circuit, leading the Brabham of Dan Gurney, with Clark's Lotus and the BRM of Graham Hill following.
